Appearance

Fiona is 5'7, 135 lbs and very fit. Her black and pink hair is usually curly (unless she goes through the trouble to straightening it) and her tan skin is flawless and smooth. Her nose sports a small nose ring and her ears will have hoops in them at all times, be them large or small. She prefers jeans to any other type of bottom and owns an array of funky shirts, from tank tops to long sleeves. Doc Martens are her shoe of choice. but she does own some heels as well.

Personality:

Fiona is a pistol. She takes shit from no one and won't hesitate to call you an arsehole if you're acting like one. If she has a softer side, no one has ever seen it. Her attitude is like an armor, keeping people at bay. Stay out of her way and she'll stay out of yours, but cross her and she'll shoot you (in the leg unless you shoot first) without blinking.

History:

Fiona McKellen was born in Dublin, Ireland to Brian and Mary McKellen. An only child, she was always daddy's little girl. Her mother past away from cancer when she was only three which made her father even more protective. Growing up, she wanted for nothing. In school, she was always getting into trouble, fighting and skipping class, but her Da always turned a blind eye.

When she was 16 her father was killed on the job, being a policeman. She moved in with her Aunt and finished out secondary school before following in her father's footsteps and become a cop and eventually a detective. Her wild streak didn't end in school and she managed to get fired for using 'excessive force.' In other words, she shot a perp in the knee caps because he called her a bitch.

All her life Fiona knew she was a telekinetic. Her mother had had the gift of precognition and Fiona seemed to inherit her powers, just in a different way. She always had trouble controlling them due to her temper, but over time she got better. She practiced a lot and even used her powers on the job to catch perps.

After being fired in Ireland, Fiona moved to American and got her citizenship, working as a detective in New York City. Her temper got the better of her once again, but instead of getting fired they transferred her to some middle of nowhere town in North Dakota called Mysteria. Fiona was pissed and still is as she moves from the Big Apple to Mysteria.

Flaws

Addiction: Fiona HAS to have her Guinness at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and after dinner. She's not a drunk per say, just an Irish girl who needs a pint at every meal.
Enemy: Fiona pissed off a lot of people in New York, mainly the mob. She brought down a huge smuggling ring in her time there and quite a few gangsters would love to see her dead.
Intolerance: Fiona hates stupid people. Period. If she thinks you're a waste of space, she'll tell you, colorfully.

Merits

Common-Sense: Fiona is definitely street smart. She can fit in where she needs to and and think fast in a tricky situation. Put her in a ghetto at 3 in the morning and she can find her way out without a problem and not even get shot.
Iron-Will: Fiona does NOT know when to quit. When she says she's going to do something, she's going to do it and she'll shoot anyone who gets in her way...literally.
Judicial Ties: Fiona may have pissed a lot of people off, but she always brought in her perp and made sure they stayed in. The NYC prosecutors office loves her and owe her a favor or two.
